You've booked a tour and are perhaps wondering what happens next, or how to get to the venue. This page is designed just for you!

THE FORMS

If you have not already done so, you will be receiving your tour pack in the post. The pack we send you consists of 2 booking forms, a clothing size form and a small leaflet. One booking form should be returned to us once you have filled in the details along with the clothing form.

The clothing form is very important and we ask you to be as accurate as possible - it's no good denying your waist size unless you like tight pants! We do carry some extra sizes with us but I am sure you understand that we can't bring huge amounts of clothing to each venue. It's better to have bigger clothing so bear that in mind when completeing the form.

VOUCHER HOLDERS

If you have received a TrailWorld Voucher as a gift you will need to contact us with the date and venue that you would like to attend. We then send you out booking forms as outlined above. CALL 01727 858269 or email us by clicking here.

DIRECTIONS

In our DOWNLOADS section you can grab a pdf file with directions to each venue, but if you don't want to download anything then the tour descriptions on our main site carries the address of each venue so the simplest thing to do is have a look on the web for directions!
