We had a super 4 day riding trip at the start of October, (2 days riding, 1 rest day, 2 days riding) Excellent time of year to go as it was still hot, but not too hot. Bikes were good, not brand new, but this was reflected in the price of the trip and the relaxed set up. i.e. Mark was very fair with the fact that if a bike was dropped (which happens, then he is not going to get too cross) My bike needed a new back tyre which was replaced on day 2, which helped up the steeper slopes on loose gravels. The scenery was really nice around the area, and the trails were a good mix of easy roads, and harder smaller tracks, on a variety of terrain. The accommodation was basic, but perfect for our needs. The use of the garden, pool and BBQ is a lovely feature of the set up, as is the proximity to the town for eating out. Breakfast rolls from Claire were an excellent sight, and Mark and Rob made the days relaxing but also challenging. Thanks all.
